Annual Student Health Survey
The Columbia County School District will begin administering the Georgia Student Health Survey to all students in grades 3-12, during school hours until March 1,2024.
Developed by the Georgia Department of Education, the Student Health Survey is an anonymous, statewide survey instrument that school districts use to identify a school’s strengths and areas in need of improvement regarding school climate, safety, and more.
Elementary Students in grades 3-5 will be administered a brief survey only on topics of school climate and safety.
A survey preview and opt-out will be available for River Ridge parents January 22nd –February 2nd, 2024 at the links below. Parents who wish to opt their child out of the student health survey are asked to review the opt-out letter below, and complete the google form no later than February 2, 2024.
